Lockdown -- mandating residents stay in an area. Lockdowns can also be used to protect people inside a facility or, for example, from a threat or other external event. Prohibits anyone from leaving their current location and orders that people must stay where they are and may not enter or exit a building or rooms within said building. Not following the order could constitute a criminal offence. This is implemented when there is imminent threat to the lives or risk of injury to humans |
