Here is a sample message to use as a template when a direct support staff or home care agency worker member notifies you that they may have been exposed to the COVID infection. When you provide this to your staff member, it will help them become eligible for financial assistance while they are not working.
You can copy and paste the following into an email and fill in the blanks:

Below are the current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for people who might have been exposed: Be sure to monitor your symptoms as identified by the CDC.
