Severe Symptoms

Severe symptoms are: 

  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion or inability to arouse
  • Blueish lips or face
  • Any other severe symptoms that are severe or concerning.

 

If you have Severe Symptoms:

Get medical attention immediately! 
Go to the hospital!

If you cannot transport yourself, CALL 911!

DO NOT TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Cover Your Cough and Sneezes!

Cough or sneeze into your elbow or sleeve.

Shave Your Facial Hair -- CDC recommends people shave their facial hair to prevent spread of the virus. See the facial hair styles that will NOT break a mask seal.

Wear an N9 mask / respirators. Don't have one?

How to Safely Put On and Take Off a Mask (YouTube) -- NOTE: it's better to use soap and water for hand washing. Also, DO NOT TOUCH the inside part of the mask.

If you accidentally cough or sneeze into your hand(s), do not touch anything and wash your hands immediately!
